SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Waveguide core for ultrasonic scalpel comprises a proximal reinforcement structure, a distal reinforcement structure, an intermediate structure and at least one frequency control structure arranged on an intermediate structure. Proximal amplification structure and the intermediate structure are connected in a position corresponding to the first antinode of longitudinal vibration of the waveguide rod through the amplification stage on the proximal side. Distal reinforcement structure and the intermediate structure are connected in a position corresponding to the second antinode of longitudinal vibration of the waveguide rod through the amplification stage on the distal side. Intermediate structure comprises N amplification supporting structures. Consequential amplification supporting structures are connected through an intermediate amplification stage, and at least one frequency control structure is located on the amplification supporting structure, wherein the vibration frequency of the waveguide core is set by adjusting the distance between the front frequency modulation gain and the frequency modulation rear gain.
EFFECT: using the given invention enables the ultrasonic scalpel to work with a stable and suitable frequency of vibration so that the ultrasonic scalpel can effectively cut human tissues.
