LIQUID CONSUMPTION METERING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC G01F15/61

Abstract RU 2841026 C1

FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment, in particular to measuring instruments for determining the number of revolutions of a primary sensitive element rotating under the action of a flowing liquid. Liquid consumption accounting system consists of an electronic liquid consumption counter as a measuring means and additional peripheral units, can be used as a separate data accounting and transmission system, and together with automated accounting systems of resource organizations by installing a peripheral unit of the required communication interface and, if necessary, execution of closed and open communication protocols realized in detachable peripheral units. Liquid consumption metering system consists of a liquid flow rate meter and a replaceable peripheral unit; liquid flow rate meter consists of a metal part for connection to a pipeline and a main electronic unit configured to connect a replaceable peripheral unit, the main electronic unit includes an electronic metering board, a main power supply, multi-line screen, a housing with a fastening system in the form of a detachable block with power leads, and a data transfer interface for two-way interaction with the peripheral unit, according to the claimed technical solution, the replaceable peripheral unit consists of a housing, a mating part of the fastening system, an electronic board and a power element, the connection of the peripheral unit as part of the system is made without the need to violate the mechanical integrity of the liquid flow meter, in the liquid flow meter and in the peripheral unit there is a digital data transmission interface; the peripheral unit is in form of a plug-in unit with an additional power supply element which can be replaced without violating the mechanical integrity of the liquid flow meter.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring and transmitting data, combining measuring apparatus and transmitting apparatus into a single system while unifying the interface for two-way interaction and enabling easy replacement of peripheral units in order to broaden functional capabilities and prolong the operating period without breaking the mechanical integrity of the measuring apparatus.
