FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to methods of processing crushed brick obtained during demolition and dismantling of buildings and structures into concrete. Process line for producing inert aggregate for production of construction materials comprises jaw crusher, belt conveyors, vibrating screen and sieves, arranged in a technological sequence and interconnected. Wherein said process line comprises additionally activation unit incorporated with vortex layer device wherein crushed brick fraction 0-5 mm is ground and activated to 0-0.5 mm fraction.
EFFECT: high environmental protection, saving natural resources as a result of a reduction in the share of extraction of natural stone material due to reuse of crushed brick.
