FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: encapsulated granular fertilizer is characterized in that it contains, as a starting material, granular carbamide, and as a coating sodium silicate, calcium chloride and surface anti-caking additives, with the consumption of raw material per 1 kg of carbamide, 100–150 mg of sodium silicate, 20–50 mg of calcium chloride and 1000 mg of surface anti-caking additives are used, wherein encapsulation of carbamide is carried out by irrigation with 26% solution of sodium silicate, treatment with aqueous solutions of substances, which are urease activity inhibitors, or pesticides, or paraaminophenol, irrigation with 33% solution of calcium chloride, drying at temperature from 65 °C to 90 °C, treatment with surface anti-caking additives.

EFFECT: invention improves quality characteristics of granular fertilizers to reduce the rate of dissolution thereof in soil, as well as strength and anti-caking effect of said fertilizers.
