FIELD: agriculture, fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing slowly acting capsulated fertilizers with urease inhibitor and can be used in cultivating agriculture crops. Method for preparing slowly acting capsulated fertilizers involves treatment of urea granules with sodium silicate and calcium chloride solutions taken in stoichiometric ratio of composition and additional addition of sodium humate or hydroquinone as an inhibitor of urease activity being inhibitor is added to sodium silicate solution in the concentration 0.002-0.08 wt.-%. Method provides significant reducing nitrogen fertilizers dissolving rate in soil and their conversion to easily soluble volatile compounds that enhances productivity of agricultural crops in using nitrogen fertilizers prepared by the claimed method.
