FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy and gastroenterology. Subjective data are collected in the form of patient’s complaints by interactive survey with the use of a gastroenterological module of Electronic Polyclinic software. If the program shows gastric dyspepsia syndrome based on the interview results, the patient is additionally examined for a gastrocardial test. If the heart rate (HR) is decreased as a result of the epigastric compression by 5-10% of the initial heart rate in the lying position, the preliminary diagnosis of the pathological state of the upper gastrointestinal organs is made.
EFFECT: method provides more accurate pre-diagnosis of the pathological conditions of the organs of the upper gastrointestinal tract by evaluating a set of the most significant subjective and objective values.
