FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aqueous gel based on hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid cosmetic and /or dermatological aqueous gel contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid and at least water-soluble hyaluronic acid having a weight-average molar mass in range of 0.02 MDa to 0.30 MDa, in amount of 30 wt.% to 70 wt.% based on the total weight of hyaluronic acid; water-soluble hyaluronic acid having a weight-average molar mass of more than 0.30 MDa, said water-soluble hyaluronic acids have a degree of modification of 5% or less, the degree of modification of all hyaluronic acids is 5% or less. Also disclosed are a cosmetic and/or dermatological composition and non-therapeutic cosmetic use of the aqueous gel for preventing and/or treating changes in the appearance of the skin surface.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides soft, easily injectable and tissue-diffusing gels which are effective for regenerating and/or improving the appearance of the skin surface.
