SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to injectable compositions of hyaluronic acid, containing: hyaluronic acid; local anaesthetic, selected from group consisting of local anaesthetics of amide and ester types or combinations thereof; and derivative of ascorbic acid in amount, which prevents or reduces effect on viscosity and/or elasticity modulus G' of composition, caused by local anaesthetic during thermal sterilization. Use of ascorbic acid derivative and also method for preparing the composition are described.
EFFECT: injection of gel of hyaluronic acid derivative restores skin and increases soft tissues, as well as improves contour of face or body.
