SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry. It can be used for prevention of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients by using chat-bots. Method includes video recording of teaching materials on oral care, recording of which is carried out by a dentist at a dental consultation. Training materials contain the information on tooth brushing, using the indicator for detecting dental plaque, cleaning of aproximal dental surfaces with the brush and floss, tongue scraping. Then, by means of the chat-bot, the patient is provided with access to a personalized video based on the unique ID, which demonstrates the oral care training measures and recorded during the dental examination of this patient. Control of the oral hygiene level is assessed by the Green-Vermilion Index (OHI-S) before the beginning of treatment and 6 months after the beginning of the patient's participation in the program, wherein OHI-S evaluates as the area of the dental surface coated with plaque and/or supragingival calculus, for this purpose, the buccal surface of teeth 16 and 26, the labial surface of teeth 11 and 31, the tongue surface of teeth 36 and 46 are examined.

EFFECT: method provides more effective individual oral hygiene and promotes reduction of inflammatory periodontal diseases.
