SUBSTANCE: deaf and mute patients with their own means and oral hygiene items, as well as with their phones, demonstrate their method of teeth cleaning at the dentist's in front of the mirror, followed by control with a 2% solution of methylene blue. This stage is filmed on the video camera of their own phone. When watching their own videos together, mistakes and shortcomings in the method of teeth cleaning are indicated. After that, teeth cleaning using the proposed method is demonstrated to the persons with hearing disabilities on a model, and contact surfaces are shown using dental brushes. Teeth cleaning begins with the oral surface of the lower jaw teeth. The toothbrush is placed parallel to the tooth axis, with the toothbrush handle on the upper jaw pointing downward, on the lower jaw - upward. Brush bristles are located in the middle of the tooth crown. Rolling movements clean the oral surfaces. Number of movements - at least 10 on each tooth. Similarly, the vestibular and chewing surfaces are cleaned.

EFFECT: method allows to teach the oral hygiene for persons with hearing disabilities and significantly reduce and prevent the development of caries and periodontal disease.
