ANTENNA DOME FROM LAYERED FIBREGLASS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC H01Q1/42

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: offered antenna dome consists of the set the layers of high-strength fibreglass implemented in the form of separate sectors. Fibreglass layers are made on the base of fibre glass fabric of the mutually intertwining threads of the base and the weft mutually arranged at the angle 90°. The sectors of layers implemented in the form of spherical triangles are interconnected in tops with formation of the organic whole in the form of multipetal layer and are profiled along the width so that on the spherical surface of edge of the neighbouring sectors are located closely to each other. Each subsequent layer is rotated with reference to the previous one so that the angle between the centrally located threads of the base of the previous layer and weft threads of the subsequent layer is ranging within 10-12°. Polar and face zones are strengthened by additional layers , alternating with multipetal layers, along internal surface of the segment.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand scope of antenna dome with simplification of technological process of production and improvement of strength and reliability.
