FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to production of antioxidant extracts, and can be used in food, medical, perfume and other industries using natural extracts. Method of producing an extract having antioxidant activity, involving pressure extraction of the prepared raw material, wherein the raw material – Kukushkin flax moss – is dried at temperature below 35 °C, milled to particle size 0.5-1 mm, and then treated with chemically pure acetone at extraction temperature 75-100 °C, pressure of 100 atm, duration of 30-60 minutes and consumption of acetone per weight of raw material 5 ml/g, after which the extractant is removed by blowing with nitrogen for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an extract having antioxidant activity of not less than 350 mg of trolox per 1 gram of extract with output of up to 4.5 % of the mass of raw materials while maintaining the quality of the obtained product and absence of hard-to-recycle wastes.
