SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes raw material harvesting; sequential treatment thereof with two extractants and filtering. Previously roe is treated with 95 % ethanol, infused for 6-10 days at room temperature. Obtained extract is decanted, and roe is treated again with 10 % ethanol aqueous solution and infused for 2-4 days at 4-10°C. Obtained extract is decanted, both extracts are blended and settled, and solid roe residue is dried and ground. Solid residue is useful as animal feed.
EFFECT: method for full extraction of bioactive components from sea raw materials.
