SUBSTANCE: invention is related to cutters for a manicure device. The cutter for manicure contains a shank and a working part having a side surface in form of a revolving body, having an abrasive coating, and an end surface smoothly joined with the side surface. The end surface is made rough, or embossed, or has an abrasive coating, and the joining surface of the side and end surfaces is smooth.
EFFECT: prevention of sawing of the nail plate during processing of the cuticle when the cutter is tilted relative to the nail plate.
