FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used for the manufacture of products from high-strength concrete in civil and industrial construction, as well as in the manufacture of structures for special purposes. High-strength concrete obtained from a mixture containing Portland cement, sand with a fineness modulus of 2.3, crushed stone of a granite fraction of 5-20 mm, an additive represented by an aqueous solution with a density of ρ=1.031 g/cm3 and a pH value of pH=6.5 of polycarboxylate per based on a methacrylic acid copolymer in combination with potassium salts of external fatty acids of the potassium KC15H17COO type and nanodispersions of silicon hydroxide SiO2⋅nH2O with a density of ρ=1.021 g/cm3 and a pH value of pH=3.5, with the following ratio of additive components, wt.%: polycarboxylate based on methacrylic acid copolymer - 34.0-36.0; potassium salt of higher fatty acid KC15H17COO - 9.0-9.5; said nanodispersions of silicon hydroxide SiO2⋅nH2O - 15.0-16.0; water - 40.0-40.5; additionally contains ash from the combustion of wood bark with a specific surface area of 500 m2/kg and water at the following ratio of the components of the raw mixture, wt.%: Portland cement - 15.46-17.0; specified sand - 32.3-32.58; specified crushed stone - 43.10-43.66; specified additive - 0.14-0.15; specified ash - 1.56-1.88; water - 5.9-6.27.
EFFECT: increasing the tensile strength in bending and increasing the frost resistance of high-strength concrete.
