FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manual, osteopathic medicine, methods for dura mater (DM) improvement and balancing. Following sequence is performed: patient lies on back with knees bent, or pillow lies under knees; patient’s head is held with a five-finger wide grip; patient’s head is turned to the right and asked to look to the right. Head is relaxed. Patient continues to look to the right, and his/her head is turned to the left. Patient's head is rotated to the left, he/she looks to the left, his/her head is turned to the right; patient’s head is turned to the right; the patient takes a deep breath through nose. While exhaling, the patient looks with closed eyes to the right, and his/her head is turned to the left. Patient takes a deep breath with a nose and looks to the left while exhaling, and his/her head is turned to the right. Patient’s head is in an initial position on a nape, eyes are closed, he/she looks straight, his/her body is completely relaxed. Patient is lifted up to a coccyx on a couch supported by a sacral bone; the patient takes a deep breath and exhales completely relaxes a body on operator’s hands. Patient is held by the nape; patient breathes and relaxes as much as possible. Then patient is laid back on couch, vertebra by vertebra from sacral bone to occipital bone. That is followed by making a small tension, waiting for tissue tension, relaxation and warmth, turning the head to the other side again a little more than the motor barrier, making the small tissue tension. Retest is performed in the following sequence: the patient’s head is turned to the right and the patient is asked to look to the right; the head is relaxed; the patient continues to look to the right. Patient's head is turned left and right; patient takes a deep nasal breath. While exhaling, the patient looks to the right with closed eyes and turns his/her head to the left. Patient’s head is rotated to the left; he/she takes a deep breath with a nose and looks to the left while exhaling; the patient’s head is turned to the right.
EFFECT: method provides restoring the organ and system blood supply ensured by the dura mater equilibration.
