FIELD: medicine; psychology; medicinal physical exercises.
SUBSTANCE: method is based upon doing physical exercises presented by short and long complex of exercises. Short set is taken as a start, which set has breathing exercises to activate and improve operation of diaphragm, namely exercises oriented rocking human body, exercises for relaxing neck to make back of head's muscle stronger and exercises to stretch lower extremities. Then long set of exercises is done, which has exercises for activation and improvement of operation of diaphragm, for relaxing neck, for developing and relaxing pelvis, for bending and unbending knees, for static balance, for stretching legs and stretching spinal column.
EFFECT: improved state of organism; restoration of spiritual-body integrity of organism; improvement in spiritual and body comfort.
