FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, in particular to the instruments and equipment high-intensity vibration impact tests. Instruments and equipment high-intensity vibration impact testing method consists in the loading device selection in accordance with the loads requirements at the test object attachment point, carrying out calculations of the model of the test object and the loading device using the finite element method, carrying out numerical experiments with the model of the test object loaded with the required impact action on the selected loading device. If the experimental data and the required parameters of vibroimpulsive action within the permissible error coincide, the model of the test object is replaced with a test object which is loaded with the required impact action. When performing calculations of the model of the test object and the loading device, geometrical dimensions of the resonator are taken into account, on which the model of the test object is fixed and which provides the required vibration and impact action. Geometric dimensions of the resonator and the boundary conditions of its fastening are determined using analytical modal analysis before calculations using the finite elements method, wherein numerical experiments are carried out with selected resonator and model of test object, and the experiment with the test object model, loaded with the required impact action on the selected loading device, is carried out under conditions determined at the numerical experiments stage.
EFFECT: improving reliability of vibroimpulsive tests at reduction of their time.
