FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and may be used for enhancing the barrier-filtration function of lymph nodes with respect to malignant tumour cells. Method involves endolymphatic introduction of a medicinal solution containing an immunotropic preparation with antitumour activity. In the experiment, mice are administered agents that have a priming effect on the functional activity of macrophages and granuloma-forming properties as an immunotropic drug with antitumor action, selected from: BCG vaccines at 2.5 mg/mouse, zymosan at 2 mg/mouse, k-carageenan at 0.5 mg/mouse, 3 or 12 days later, the trigger agent lipopolysaccharide 7.5 mcg/mouse is administered additionally by endolymphatic technique.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing the structural functional components of the barrier-filtration function of the lymph node, slowing the process of tumour metastasis in the lymph nodes.
