FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining a suspension of carrageenan-treated neutrophils against murine melanoma B16. The method of obtaining a suspension of carrageenan-treated neutrophils against murine melanoma B16 consists of the following: a mouse is injected with an inflammatory agent intraperitoneally; 7 hours after the administration of the inflammatory agent, 1.5 ml of a buffered saline solution of 400 μg/ml k- or λ-carrageenan gel is injected intraperitoneally to treat neutrophils for 3 hours; 10 ml of buffered saline solution cooled to 4°C is injected intraperitoneally, then the mouse abdomen filled with the solution is subjected to intensive massage for 1 minute; peritoneal fluid is pumped out with a syringe; carrageenan-treated neutrophils are washed using centrifugation at 1,500 rpm for 8 minutes, then the sediment is resuspended in 10 ml of cooled saline and centrifugation is carried out again to wash the cells from the remains of the carrageenan gel.

EFFECT: above method makes it possible to obtain a suspension of neutrophils with specified properties.
