SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an ultrasonic portable nebulizer inhaler. Inhaler comprises a body accommodating a liquid container with a top cover, a compartment with a side cover extending from the outside of the body, a side hole connected to the liquid container in the lower part of the body, an annular slot surrounding the side hole. Inhaler has an ultrasonic membrane opposite the side opening in the annular groove and generating high-frequency mechanical oscillations under the action of an electric signal generated by a power supply element connected to the control board. Inhaler comprises an adapter in the form of a cylindrical bushing with a feedthrough hole coupled with the side inner wall of the body and enclosing the annular slot to ensure the ultrasonic membrane clamping. Compartment comprises control board with control button, protruding outside through hole in side cover and made with possibility of interaction with control board for control. Container is configured to allow the fluid to pass to the side hole to pass through the ultrasonic membrane, and the adapter comprises an inlet valve, as well as a support edge configured to detachably fix the respiratory element for interacting with the human respiratory organ.

EFFECT: stabilizing the inhalation mixture supply and spraying irrespective of the liquid level, simplifying the use with maintaining self-containment and mobility.
