FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, particularly, to composite mill lining with antiwear component. Wear-resistant composite multilayer lining insert of pyramidal shape for mill drum comprises structural and position formation of pyramidal inserts configured with front lifting part, which extends to first side of lining element, and rear lifting part, which extends to rear side. Front and rear lifting parts are made adjacent to each other along side of said pyramid-shaped lining element and have front and rear support plates under said front and rear lifting parts to support the lifting plate, as well as to ensure the lining element solidity. Support surface includes a support plate, which is a composite plate made of polymer material with a built-in internal element, consisting of a plurality of sections arranged next to each other along the inner surface of the mill housing. Internal element is made of material including stainless steel, aluminium, steel or alloy.
EFFECT: lining configuration provides a highly effective protective layer that allows determining the wear level.
