Lateral dimension r of pump, its height h and axial length 1 of insert are tied up by relations: r ≫ t , τoVo/[(h-0,51)2+r2]0,5 >1,, where τo, Vo are mean values of time of life and velocity of molecules of main component of gas mixture under excited state. Description of invention gives versions of manufacture of insert. Invention can be used for pumping out of particle accelerators and other electrophysical installations.
