FIELD: casting production. SUBSTANCE: plant includes a vacuum-type melting and casting chamber with the mechanisms 2 for vertically moving molds. An electric furnace for heating molds, the melting and pouring apparatus 7, the platform 16 with the vessel 18 for liquid-metal cooling agent and with a tank for collecting damaged casting molds, provided by a drive unit for horizontal and vertical motion, are arranged in the above mentioned chamber. The plant also includes a sluice chamber with a furnace for heating casting molds, charging-discharging device, mounted outside of the sluice chamber with possibility of engaging with that chamber and with a furnace for preliminary heating of casting molds. A frame with the drive unit 25 for horizontal motion, carrying two guides 23, 24, is mounted in an upper part of the vacuum-type chamber 1. The plant allows to increase efficiency by 3-4 times, to enhanced reliability of operations and to lower labor consumption for repairs.
