FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out, for example, from 1-(N-benzylhydroxycarbonyl)-aminonaphthalene-5-(N′, N′-pentamethylene)sulfamide, which is converted to tribromohydrate with HBr. The latter is transformed to the base by treatment with aqueous-isopropanol soda solution. Yield is up to 55% . New substances are oxidized gradually in the air with formation of colored products. In solution new substances show bright-yellow fluorescence (wavelength λmax ~525 mm is near 525 nm). Sensitivity of detected enzyme groups assay is improved up to 250-800% . EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of assay. 3 tbl
