FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis of semiproducts is carried out by reaction of 1-carbobenzoxyaminonaphthalene-5-sulfochloride and alkylamine nitrate in the presence of soda in aqueous-dioxane medium at stirring at 60 C. Yield, % ; m. p. C; gross-formula: a) 97; 153-154; C19H18N2O4S; b) 98; 146-147; C21H22N2O4S; c) 93; 165-167; C24H26N2O4S. Synthesis of the end products is carried out by hydrogenation of 1-ben- zylhydroxycarbonylaminonaphthalene-S-p-alkylsulfamide on Pd/C at 25 C with hydrogen at stirring. Process is controlled by thin-layer chromatography. Process is carried out in the medium of dimethylformamide. Yield, % ; m. p. C; gross-formula: a) 98; 200; C11H12N2O2S; b) 50; 185; C13H10N2O2S; c) 99; 201; C16H20N2O2S. Use of new substances enables to increase quantity of simultaneously analyzing proteases and to enhance selectivity of assay. EFFECT: synthesis of new semifinished products, enhanced yields. 4 tbl
