FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: adjustable phase shifter has input and output transducers 1, 2, respectively, of linearly-polarized shear acoustic waves which are in acoustic contact with acoustic line 3 made of rare-earth molybdate monocrystal and built up of first and second identical bidomain strips acoustically interconnected at one of their faces. Planes of domain boundaries 4 of first and second bidomain strips are perpendicular to their main faces and spaced through angle π/4 from acoustic polarization vectors of input and output shear acoustic mode transducers 1 and 2 collinearly oriented in respect to each other. Planes of domain boundaries 4 and of first and second bodomain strips are also collinear in respect to one another. Main faces of first and second bidomain strips carry main and additional control electrodes 5 and 6 connected to respective terminals of regulated voltage source. Adjustable phase shifter enable extension of phase control range to Δϕ=π. EFFECT: enlarged adjustment range. 2 dwg
