FIELD: applicable as an adjustable acoustoelectronic device of time or phase selection of signals, for instance, as an adjustable ultrasonic delay line in various radioelectronic signal information processing systems. SUBSTANCE: the device is made on the basis of an acoustic line of polydomain monocrystal of ferroelastic-ferroelectric, isomorphous gadolinium molybdate with an electrically controlled attitude of the plane domain boundary and containing an acoustic information channel, as well as a measurement acoustic channel cut in the negative feedback circuit of the attitude of the plane domain boundary. Piezoelectric shift mode transducers located on the side of two opposite Z-faces of the acoustic line and positioned in the working area of movement of the plane domain boundary with its complete overlapping are used as transducers of space acoustical waves of the measurement acoustic channel; the axes of acoustic polarization of both piezoelectric transducers of the measurement acoustic channel are oriented collinearly to each other and at angle π/4 to the plane of the plane domain boundary. A phase detector with an element of comparison with the setting is used as a control signal generating unit. A relation is given for selection of frequency of the reference sinusoidal signal oscillator equal to the resonance frequencies of both piezoelectric transducers of the measurement acoustic channel.
