FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: device is based on sound duct made of polydomain monocrystal of ferroelastic- ferroelectric, isomorphous gadolinium molybdate with electrically controlled spatial position of flat domain boundary. Device has also information acoustic channel, as well as test-and-measuring acoustic channel inserted in negative feedback circuit for spatial position of flat domain boundary. Piezoelectric transducers of longitudinal oscillation mode are used as volume acoustic wave transducers of test-and-measuring acoustic channel. They are positioned on the side of sound duct face edges perpendicular to plane of flat domain boundary and arranged in working region of flat domain boundary displacement with full overlapping of it. One of the above-indicated volume acoustic wave transducers is made of two sections with acoustically antiphase similar-aperture sections. Acoustic contact of each transducer of test-and-measuring channel is made with use of immersion layer. Amplitude- phase detector with comparison element and setting is used as control signal forming unit. This type of design of test-and-measuring channel including the sensor of spatial position of flat domain boundary in sound duct and of control signal forming unit provides for high-accuracy control of information parameter value, particularly value of delay time in controlled ultrasonic delay line in extended control range.
