SUBSTANCE: adjustable acoustoelectronic phase shifter uses adder 17 in the form of zero-setting differential amplifier; distances L1 and L2 between first additional input acoustic-wave transducer 11 and output one 12 and second additional input transducer 11 and output one 13, respectively, are found from expressions L2= L1XΔV1/V1″ ± 2mλ′ at m=0,1,2,..., where is transducer speed in band domain 2 of sound-conducting substrate 1 in the direction of collinear longitudinal axes of symmetry of two additional acoustic channels; ΔV1 is difference between speeds of transducers in adjacent domains 2 of material of substrate 1 in mentioned direction; X is initial width of band domain 2 in the direction of collinear longitudinal axes of symmetry of two additional acoustic channels; is wavelength of acoustic transducers in additional acoustic channels at fixed frequency of reference-signal generator 14.
