FIELD: analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method of chromatographic separation lies in the fact that pressure is increased in sorption layer in front of elutriator. Pressure adjacent is a key to control elutriator front speed. The device has chromatographic thin layer plate with closed layer of a sorbent, the end of which, located just opposite the elutriator inlet, is connected to vacuum system by a special chamber having a special slot being sealed. Control unit, connected to step motor, allows one to stabilize elutriator front speed. EFFECT: increased speed of chromatographic separation. 5 cl, 2 dwg
