FIELD: radioactively marked compounds; more particularly 125J thyroxine derivatives of the general formula 1: a)
- N; R2- -CH3; b) R1- -OH
; c)
which can be used as reagents for radioimmune analysis. SUBSTANCE: new semiproducts of the general formula II:
are wherein a)
; R4- -CH3; b) R3- -OH; R4-(CH2)2-C6H4-OH; c)
; R4- -(CH2)2-C6H4-OH, prepared by reaction of N-acetylthyroxine N-oxysuccinimide ester and histamine dihydrochloride in aqueous in the presence of triethylamine. The compounds of the formula I are synthesized from said semiproducts by treatment with Na 125J in the presence of phosphate buffer and chloroamine T in water followed by elution with 50% methanol. Radiochemical yield, % ; molar activity, KC/mole; radiochemical purity (% ): (a) 30; 1500-2000; > 95; (b) 35; 1500-2000: > 95; (c) 20; 3700-4000; > 90. New compounds are capable of being with antibodies to thyroxine and are not capable of being bonded to endogenous thyroxine binding protein. EFFECT: new semiproducts for the synthesis of marked 125J semiproducts of the formula 1. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
