FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: process is carried out by incubation of enzyme with corresponding labeled polyene acids at 10-40 C (preferably at 23 C) isolating corresponding prostaglandin (PG) type E. Enzyme source: mixture of PGH-synthetase and PGH-PGE-isomerase (0.064-0.4 U PGH-PGE-isomerase activity per 1 unit PGH-synthetase activity), which are separately isolated from ram vesicular glands. This mixture is added to a mixture of corresponding acid - dihomolinolic, or arachidonic, or thymiodonic acid (0.2-1.35 micro mole per 1 unit PGH-synthetase), ethanol, water, epinephrine solution, hemin and reduced glutathione. Incubation is carried out at 10-40 C isolating corresponding prostaglandin type E. The latter if necessary is isomerized in the presence of acid to prostaglandin type A, or to prostaglandin type F by treatment with sodium boron hydride. In the process of synthesis of prostaglandin type Fα the latter, if necessary, is converted to methyl esters of prostaglandin type 1 by successive treatment with diazomethane, iodine and 1,8- -diazobicyclo-(5,4,0)-undec-7-en. Under these conditions the yield of prostaglandin type Fα is increased from 46% to 83% . Method provides preparing of new prostaglandins multiple-labeled with tritium.
