FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: odorant contains mixture of eugenol and cinnamic aldehyde sources (4.8-79.6 vol% ) and other aromatic compound. Volume ratio of eugenol and cinnamic aldehyde in this mixture is 0.2-0.8. Natural ether oils and/or synthetic aromatic substances may be used as mentioned above aromatic compound. EFFECT: improves desired product odor.
