FIELD: study of elementary particles by means of bubble chambers. SUBSTANCE: chamber has working volume 1 filled with working fluid 2, illumination system 3, port 4 in vacuum casing 5, flat mirror 6 located at angle relative to optical axis of beams of illumination system 3. Working volume 1 is located in way of beams reflected from mirror 6. Then flat mirror 7, port 8 and recording system 9 are located at angle to axis in way of beams passing through working volume 1. Working volume 1 and mirrors 6 and 7 are located inside cold radiation shield 10 which is cooled by means of heat exchanger 11. Mirror 6 and 7 have dielectric coating. Cryogenic bubble chamber may be used for any version of photographing and holographing or visual observation of cryogenic liquids at continuous illumination both in "through illumination" systems and with cat's eye fitted on rear wall of chamber. EFFECT: high accuracy of recording processes in bubble chamber. 1 dwg
