Device of first design version has emitter coaxial with seating area for detector under check arranged in nontransparent case and provided with case window shutter, as well as signal processing and recording unit; emitter has flat radiating surface; radius of case input window is calculated from equation given in description of invention. Device of second design version has in addition optical system made in the form of transparent plate with at least one regular-shape nontransparent area in center. It will be good practice to place optical system in case window. EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy, reduced size and cost of device, improved validity of measurement results. 6 cl, 6 dwg
