FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: pulse counter includes input wire 1, multidigital combination adder 2. Increased reliability of pulse counter is obtained by insertion of first 3 and second 4 delay elements by number of digits, NOT-OR gates 5 and 6, multiplexer 7. Resistive-capacitive delay elements memorize intermediate states of outputs of multidigital combination adder 2 in addition to protection against noises which enables number of elements to be decreased as compared with prototype.
