FIELD: treatment of sewage of electroplating processes. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for improvement of quality of condensate by prevention of ejections of foam at starting of gear. For this purpose filling of gear is performed in two stages. First gear is filled above section of boiling tube up to level H found from relation with VV ≥ 2m/с2 m/s; with V<2 m/s, where V is velocity of suspension outflow from downcomer, m/s; g is free fall acceleration, m/sm/c2. Then vacuum is created in gear, starting suspension is heated and its evaporation is carried out production of secondary steam and its subsequent condensation. After gear has gone to evaporation mode it is filled in addition up to working level. Such sequence of operations contributes to destruction of layer of foam by streams of secondary live steam.
