FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out by vinylation of pentaerythritol with acetylene at 120 C, under atmospheric pressure in the medium of dimethylsulfoxide at mass ratio of pentaerythritol: dimethylsulfoxide = 1:(13.75-15.58) following by dilution with water and isolation of the end product crystals by filtration. Under these conditions the yield of the end product is increased from 35-90 to 98-99%. Stages of extraction, drying, rectification and vinylation with acetylene under pressure with ethyl ether usage are excluded. EFFECT: simplified process, enhanced safety, increased yield of the end product.
