FIELD: separation of immiscible liquids. SUBSTANCE: phase separator has horizontal body with mixture inlets and outlets of gas, heavy and light phases. Installed inside body is lateral partition separating the apparatus into two zones: receiving and settling. Secured with their inlet ends in partition on side of settling zone are coalescing U-shaped pipes oriented with their ends between inclined separating plates. Separated mixture is supplied to body for degassing. In so doing, gas accumulates in upper part of separator, passes through port in later al partition and is discharged through outlet from device. Partially separated liquid enters coalescing pipes and further on inclined separating plates which prevent mixing of separated phases with efficient use of width of inclined plates. EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation and reduced specific metal content. 3 dwg
