FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out by boiling of ambene hydrazide and glutamic acid in the aqueous medium. Yield is 96% , m. p. is 182-185 C, empirical formula is C13H20N4O5, toxicity is LD50 = 2310 mg/kg (intramuscularly), activity of synthesized compound is 3.3-fold as compared with that for remantadin.
