FIELD: concentration of minerals. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 1 carrying charging unit 2, drive and working member 3, formed as endless belt 5 supported by rollers 4. Surface of endless belt has hydrophobic coating with tacky properties. Device is further provided with spreading member 6, scraper for removal of concentrate, waste and concentrate discharge units 9. Twin rolls 10 with toothed sprockets 11 on their ends are kinematically connected with drive and positioned between rolls 10 have sequentially increasing length and width equal to that of endless belt 5. Endless belts have perforation extending along their edges. Teeth of sprockets 11 are disposed so that they are received into perforations 13 of endless belt 5. Generatrices of endless belts are inclined at equal angles with respect to horizontal plane. Spreading member 6 is formed as a pack of hollow members 14 with circular section, defining ring. The ring is limited by end edges C from below and by horizontal edge from top. Outer and inner radii of curvature of ring are equal to radii of curvature of adjacent endless belts. Curvilinear surfaces 15 of members 14 are perforated and positioned for contact with upper part of adjacent endless belts. Concentrate discharge unit is formed as hollow comb 16 with teeth formed as chutes 17 open to edges C and inclined to base of hollow comb 16. Ends of chute 17 opposed to base are communicated with branch pipes of high-temperature flushing water system 19. Pulp is in contact with surface of endless belt 12. Particles of valuable component adhere to endless belt surface. EFFECT: intensified process and increased quantity of extracted valuable component. 3 dwg
