FIELD: civil engineering, erection of artificial constructions, particularly, bridges in terrain with permafrost. SUBSTANCE: bridge passage of permafrost includes accesses 1 of embankment with base platform, lateral and railing slopes of water side support 2, and span structures 3 installed on them. External surfaces of embankment accesses are provided with thermoinsulating covering 4 within main platform of lateral and railing sloped. Water side supports 2 are made in the form of lengthwise beams 5 and crosswise support beams 6, 7. Crosswise support beams 6, 7 are spaced from thermoinsulating covering 4 in the area of their placing at a distance a = h•m(ta/th)2, where ta is required temperature of embankment soil in the area of allocation of crosswise support beams; th is soil temperature at depth h of zero amplitudes of temperature change; m is correction factor being within range from 0.75 to 1.25. EFFECT: decreased material consumption of supports and decreased labor consumption. 2 dwg
