FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has the housing 1 with a propeller, having performing revolution around drums 17 flexible bands on its boards and moving as a caterpillars on a frame under the housing 1. The flexible bands in the form of open-type balloon guards with slot windows 7 are together with the frame in suspended state, and by their ends they are transformed to belts, formed by a joining of upper and lower webs of the balloon guard of the bands, performing revolution around the drums 17, being separated with the aid of screening plate 12, joined to the frame with use of gaskets. A mechanical part of the propeller is in the form of traction plate-type chains, tensioned between sprockets 10, two of these sprockets are driving ones, and are connected with board transmissions and rotation mechanisms by cardan shafts. Ends of the above mentioned branches of the balloon guard are bound together and secured to the traction plate-type chain. An edge of the web of a front and a rear parts of the web, adjacent to the propellers of the flexible guard, turned inside of the air cushion, is secured to the flexible guard, turned inside of the air cushion, is secured to the frame at side of its end. Outer edges of the web are joined with the balloon guards, their upper part is joined to the bottom of the housing. From downwards end edges of the balloon guard are brought together and secured by levers, jointly connected with the frame. The propellers are connected with the housing of the vehicle with the aid of levers, having horizontal-axis joint assemblies, and are locked on the housing with the aid of a hydraulic system.
