SUBSTANCE: the offered reactor has body accommodating along its axis of cylindrical chamber with inlet and perforated end and cavitator located between body and chamber, raw material inlet and product discharge outlet. Cavitation reactor has additional cylindrical chamber along its axis. Cavitation reactor has additional cylindrical chamber along its axis. The cylindrical chamber has inlet on one end, and diffuser on the other end. Cavitator is located in diffuser hollow and made in form of cone with guide vanes. Additional cylindrical chamber has drive for reciprocation and setter. Inlet of additional chamber has regulating valve which is connected through regulator to flow sensor.
