FIELD: production of ozone. SUBSTANCE: tubular ozonizer consists of casing 3 with bundle of gas discharge elements 4 rigidly secured in tube sheets and partitions 7 mounted in inter-tube space and made in form of corrugated plates fitted in spaced relation between two adjacent rows of gas discharge elements 4 in parallel with them forming cooling liquid passages 8 connected in succession. Oxygen is distributed among gas discharge elements 4 through outlet branch pipe where it is subjected to action of high-voltage electric discharge after which it is let out and is directed to User. Cooling liquid flows to inter-tube space through pipe union 14 and is distributed in passages 8 formed by corrugated partitions 7 after which it escapes through pipe union 15 cooling gas discharge elements 4. EFFECT: increased yield of ozone through intensified cooling of gas discharge elements. 2 cl, 2 dwg
