FIELD: medicine and different branches of industry and economy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for generation of ozone and may be used in medicine, in different branches of industry, in an agriculture and other branches of economy for a decontamination of potable water, purification of sewage and air in premises. The device for a generating of ozone contains: located in a hermetic body high-voltage electrodes and grounded electrodes coated outside with a dielectric and alternating one after another; a power supply, the leads of which are connected to the electrodes, the connecting pipes for feeding a working oxygen-containing gas and a heat-transfer agent; the connecting pipes for withdrawal of the heat-transfer agent and gas-ozone mixture. The electrodes have a possibility of refrigeration by a heat-transfer agent and are made from the crimped plates hermetically linked to each other on their edges and spaced equally from each other forming an inner cavity, in which there are jumper straps mounted perpendicularly to the internal surfaces of the plates. The crimps of the plates of the electrodes are located perpendicularly to edges of the electrodes and the jumper straps are rigidly fixed between apexes and cavities of the upper and the lower plates of each electrode. At that the connecting pipes for feeding of the heat-transfer agent to the electrodes and withdrawal of the heat-transfer agent from them are linked with the cavity of the electrodes through injectors and collectors, that are rigidly linked with the plates of the electrodes and made in the form of pipes with the bores located at opposite edges of the electrodes repeating the cross-sections of both or at least one of shapes of the electrode crimps in the place of their fixation. The invention allows to increase efficiency of heat-sink cooling from a discharge gap, the strength and rigidity of the design and to reduce a space between plates of electrodes.
