FIELD: X-ray tomography. SUBSTANCE: semiconductor scintillator ZnSe(Te) or CdS(Te) is used in the capacity of first scintillator of combined detector. Oxide scintillator BGO or CWO is employed as second scintillator. Spectrum of excitation of luminescence of first scintillator has maximum in region of radiation spectrum of second scintillator. Given invention makes it possible to manufacture detector with predetermined rigidity dependence and with sensitivity enhanced by 2-3 fold as compared with that of starting materials. EFFECT: gain of predetermined rigidity dependence of detector within energy range 0,01-1,0 MeV and increased sensitivity of detector. 2 cl, 5 dwg
