FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: nitronaphthalene monosubstituted sulfamides of the general formula -NHR where R R=C₁-C₃--alkyl or cyclohexyl which can be used as semiproducts for synthesis nonsymmetric 5-aminonaphthalene-1-sulfamides used for fluorescent analysis of enzymes. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of corresponding alkyl- or cyclohexylamine with 5-nitronaphthalene-1-sulfochloride in the presence of Na₂CO₃ in the medium of aqueous toluene followed by neutralization up to pH 5 and isolation of the end product.
