FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out from 1-aminonaphthalene-5-sulfoacid and triethylamine by acylation of prepared salt with trifluoroacetic anhydride in the medium of trifluoroacetic acid or diethyl ether following by treatment with phosphorus pentachloride and sulfochloride is obtained. The latter is aminated in organic solvent: ethylacetate, acetone, acetonitrile, and 1-trifluoroacetylaminonaphthalene-5-sulfamide is obtained. The protective group is removed with ammonia in aqueous ethanol or in isopropanol; or amination and protective group removal in aqueous solution of corresponding amine are carried out. EFFECT: enhanced yield, enlarged assortment of products. 5 tbl
